License PolicyServer Edition licenses are valid for one year from the start date. Licenses cost $30 per user per year. Adding users during the subscription periodIf you wish to add users during your subscription period you may purchase additional licenses at a pro-rated cost. During checkout, your price will reflect the number of days remaining until the end of that subscription period. For example, If you purchased 10 user licenses on January 1st, and an additional 10 user licenses on June 1st, the license for all 20 users will end on January 1st of the following year. Renewal Beginning 30 days prior to the end of your license term, a URL will be provided to you through which you may renew your license. If you do not renew your license prior to the end of the term, your license will be immediately terminated. At any time the number of users exceeds the licenses purchased, you will receive an email indicating that you have exceeded the number of licenses purchased, and that you need to purchase additional licenses. |
