Users of Version 1.0 can take an advantage of upgrading to version 1.2 free of charge.

What is the price of each ThinkFree product?

• ThinkFree Mobile Office is provided free of charge to users
• To view documents on ThinkFree Mobile, the license key for each document format is available for US $4.99 & can be sold separately.
• The integrated ThinkFree office key for mobile is US $9.99.

Is the ThinkFree PDF Viewer Key available separately from the ThinkFree Office Key?

Currently the ThinkFree PDF viewer is only available as an embedded PDF viewer inside ThinkFree Mobile – License Key

Do ThinkFree products support multiple languages?

ThinkFree Mobile Android edition supports 13 different languages. Select and change the locale will change the user interface on Android smart-phone to one of supported languages.

What is the refund policy in Android Market?

Refund is made within 24 hour period after purchasing. It’s as easy as pressing “uninstall & refund” button. As for evaluation purpose, the ThinkFree office Android edition must be purchased first prior to uninstalling it for full refund within 24 hours.

Is there additional cost for removing ThinkFree Office from an old Android smart-phone and installing it to new or different Android smart-phone device?

Yes. This is possible by signing into the original Google Account from a new or different Android Smart-Phone.

Customers purchasing and activating ThinkFree Mobile products for Android is entitled to continuous updates free of charge.
